How to make Schedule View about fullcalendar like this picture?

I want to make a Week View Calendar and Add Column(EQP1,2,3.. in picture) to the left side. And when each event is moved, it must be moved on a daily basis.

Actually, this picture was made with dhmlx, can make it using Fullcalendar? On Fullcalendar homepage, when column(resource fuction in Fullcalendar api Name) using, must be used to the Timeline.

Please help!
