How do i display images only if the user selects a specific options?

I am making a small range logo maker for a project and have a quiz like website that has 2 questions with 9 different options, how would i collect those 2 answers and display an image prior to what the user has picked. (The 2 questions are what type of logo style they want, and what colour they want) I know some HTML and CSS but not that confident in JS and PHP, how can i pull this off.

I was thinking of a user selecting an option and only images in that folder will be displayed, im not sure if this is difficult to code.
