What is the Price for this contract?

Yesterday i received an offer from a client that includes the following tasks:

He wants to migrate around 11 websites (some of them are wordpress and others in HTML/PHP) and multiple domain names redirection that should be set to point out to the new host. Keep in mind that the old host is a shared hosting plan.

The new host will have a VPS which i will have to create the cpanels and databases and the files aswell for each website.

I'm used to doing wordpress migrations, but not so many websites at once. So How much would you say that such a job costs in Upwork ?

Should it be an hourly price contract or a fixed price ? What is the average or appropriate time to complete such a job ?
