How to show shorter url in address bar?

I've recently purchased a domain name from GoDaddy, say "example.com". Is it possible for me to create a button, which when clicked, opens "example.com/form??id=1" but the address bar in browser shows "example.com/form". Basically, I want the part "??id=1" to not be visible to the user as it contains info to identify the person who fills the form. If the user can see that all he has to do, is to change a number in url, it will defeat the purpose. I searched everywhere on Google to find a solution, but to no avail.
