How to make an HTML5 player with audio and subtitle changer?

I with my friend have made a series of 41 tutorials for a specific software. We have made the audio separately in 4 languages(English,Romanian,German and Italian). Now we also made subtitles for this languages. What I want is an player for our website, which supports phones and computers(I don't need TV support).

I want to be able to change easily between subtitles and audio, like on Netflix, or something similar, like being able to select the audio and video before starting the video.

The audio, video and subtitles are 3 separate files.

Forgot to mention, I would like to be able to support .SRT subtitles since .vtt subtitles don't work well with Romanian.

I don't mind any 3rd party dependencies.
