How to automatically generate a Jmeter test plan after clicking an html button?

I am new to JMeter but already documented myself on it and created various test plans.

I basically have a web app (belonging to a company) and they have test cases.

An example of a test case : Login page -> Commit login -> Choose option (an option is like a URL and theyre always different)

There is a button for each test case / scenario created.

I feel confused on how to actually generate an automatic Jmeter test plan and retrieving the parameters from the requests etc.

I have tried using the HTTP(s) Test Script Recorder but that means the file stays static meanwhile I have to execute jmeter and create a test plan based off the scenario randomly created.
