How can i make an html file directly accessible from a web address

I have a python script that reads a file and "transforms it into an html file with the specifications and appearance i want. What i am trying to do now is make this file accessible through a web address. What i mean by that is that i want to type in an address in my browser's address(like i am doing with google for example) and have the file appear just as it appears when i'm opening it as an html file. i hope i provided enough information for someone to help and i'm sorry if such a post already exists, but i haven't found it yet.
