Contact Form doesnt work - SMTP Connect() Failed

I'm using a template i purchased to create my website, stuck now at the contact forms. Just not able to get it to work, the customer service teams at the web hosting provider and the templates makers are giving me very vague or no replies.

From the hosting provider - Net4India i only got the following details in a text mail: SMTP Secure: No SMTP Host: smtp8.net4india.com SMTP Port: 25 and 587 SMTP Username: Email ID SMTP Password: password of Email ID SMTP Auth: smtpauth.net4india.com

Can someone please help with the correct syntax and code i need to enter into the php file.

SMTP Connect() Failed - is the error i keep getting when i submit the form.
