Array size limit in wamp and win 10

I have a php file with an array of size 2000 that fails to load with wamp, the error I get in browser " is the connection was reset ".

I have set max_execution_time to 1200000 and max_input_vars to 128000M in php.ini nothing worked

The error I get in browser is " the connection was reset."
