Url does not change to another html when I click on the menu

I modified it for my project using web template. If you click the menu on the web homepage, url does not change to another html.

For example, if you click live on the menu with http: // localhost: 81 / home.html It should be changed to http: // localhost: 81 / live.html but it does not change.

How do I change html code?
