Msal.js in asp.net web forms?

I have a web forms application and since we host the site in dfferent locations for our client I cannot set a redirectURI and hence not able to use openIDConnect msal .net library.

IS it possible to use Msal.js in web forms application? If yes how ? And can i redirect to the login page without specifying that in the redirect uri?
