How would I create an auto redirect with another domain?

If I bought a second url for shortening purposes, how could I make it redirect to my main website?

Example: short.ly/problems > mywebsite.com/problems

The website (short.ly/problems) would not have to be set in advanced and would just redirect to the page with problems.

How can I do this?
