How to automatically submit a form on an overloaded server with selenium?

There a website for buying cars online,it sells a limited number of cars every day,the website is protected by reCAPTCHA and gets overloaded when the sale opens at a specific time. all cars get sold very quickly,in about 30 to 60 seconds. how can i automate this purchasing with selenium or code to make sure i can buy it when the sale starts?

i have tried with different types of internet( different isp, mobile data and TD/LTE modems) my chances of buying the car is very low (about 10%), which i usually end up empty.

can any one help me automate this task?
