Authentication Method Detector

I want to make a tool or an add on that analyzes the login page of a web site and the authentication request to detect the authentication technology int place and checklist the following
1. Basic Authentication 2. Cookie Based Authentication 3. Token Based Authentication 4. Third Party Authentication 5. SAML

I want to develop this tool in Java or Python.

How to proceed with this ?
