What are some hybrid java frameworks to learn?

I am going to complete my graduation with java as main language this year. I am in search of hybrid java framework which can run on any os including android,ios and any desktop os and website. So i guess i should create web apps which can run in any os using web-views. But problem is that there are many frameworks available in market and on many sites people recommending using javascript frameworks for ui like Angular,React and vue etc. But i want to code in java and not interested in javascript.

So, after searching alot i found some frameworks like Spring MVC and JSF with PrimeFaces, However they require servlet container to run like Apache Tomcat. Which i dont think run on Mobiles. If they do then what will be the app size with container?

I am completely confused with frameworks. I want something which can run everywhere with coding in java.
