web firebase Push notification not receiving after browser is reopen

web push notification no receiving in chrome browser after reopening browser. Below is use case.

1. Allow notification for website
2. Close browser
3. send push notification from admin panel
4. open browser and notification is not receiving

Note : When browser is open notification is coming.
