Web/Javascript video stories. Any lib?

I am trying to find a library/tool which I can add questions to my video like a quiz and based on the user answers the video will change its direction. In order to do this, I would have many footages so depending on the user answer I would play the right piece of video.

Do you know any lib or tool which I can use to make this happen?
