Institute Management System

I'm working on a project to design a cloud based Institute Management System. So far I have identified 3 main actors(administration,parent,student) and main features of the system as,

• student registration
• time table management
• sending class updates
• send attendance notification to parent
• send tutorials
• display results
• online payment methods

But I want to include out of the box ideas to this system to make it more usable and innovative product. I have IOT knowledge, so I would be able to include any of those ideas in the project too.

So if you have any new suggestion to include in this system please let me know.
