How can i develop a 3D virtual romm using some of popular web technologies?

I want to develop a virtual room where a user can test the color of 4 walls + floor with some predefined colors. I'm basically fluent in C and other low level languages and recently i have started working with web technologies, So basically i don't know where to start from. I have good experience in back end programming languages but front end is something new for me. If u guys can point me in right direction i will be highly obliged . Thanks.
