Get String from a web page in Java Android Application

I am making a personnal Android application. Inside this application, i'm opening a PDF from a URL. But my URL is wrote in static in the code of the app. I wanted to know if it was possible to get the Strings from a web page. A kind of "pull" from a like www.mysite/link.html (or any other extension) Thank you for your answers :)
