I am going to be working on a project soon and it's going to be web based. There's a lot of different web technologies and videos, some old, some new and I'm not sure where it would be best to start?
Essentially I want to create a web application where users can log in, view data in a database, CRUD functions to it. In general I will need to code some accounting stuff as well so it will need a unique work done to it. Flexibility with the database and grid views are important. I think using Visual Studio ASP MVC might be a good way to go about, they have a sql server which can be connected to easily and the toolbox for grid views are helpful.
Does anyone have a good suggestions? Bit lost since there's a lot of web tech and it's overwhelming!
