What is the best platform to learn PHP [duplicate]

I am a little new to the world of programming. I am working to become a web developer. I learnt HTML and CSS with Codecademy. However, now that I am interested in learning PHP I wouldn't find any organized platforms for it; I checked edx, coursera, codecademy, Khan Academy. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!!
