How can I open asp net core site from my phone

I want to open my asp net core web app from mobile phone, how I can do it? I have net core 2.0, VS Code and iOs mobile phone Thanks!

what I did: I tried 127.0.0.1:5000, also (ifconfig) 192.168.0.110 and didn't help
