I'm looking for a better way to get user feedback for issue tracking on live web apps than asking reviewers to prtscn, copy the image into an email or issue in GitHub/GitLab, and then write out their description of the problem. This just has not been scalable for us.
Are there other workflows or options that teams are using to handle feedback effectively?
