Import files from a Web Directory ( FTP server ) using JS

First of all, I would like to accept that this task can be performed by cmd or batch-files but I am asking it just out of curiosity. I have an android phone in which, there is a ftp server app named "WiFi FTP Server". It is connected to the same router as my laptop and I can access the files manually if I want. Proof of that.

But since there are so many files and many of them are not needed to be imported, I want to have html file which has a table with thumbnails as entries so that I can choose files easily. I can't find any way to select individual URL, so I am asking here. I am comfortable with JS, jQuery, php and appreciate if solution is using these languages.
