I am a beginner full-time web developer , I want to become a freelancer with high demands . How to compete with experienced freelancer? [on hold]

Hello Everybody! I want to become a freelancer . I have a few choices to able to compete

1. Does web programming have the most projects in the world. So should I learn common web languages like Javascript , NodeJS (express) or Which another one?

2. Future technologies: Blockchain, Microservices, AWS lambda, Cloud distributed, etc., Do these have less projects, should I learn new programming languages like Golang , Elixir or which new another one?

I am choosing language : one that is popular with many projects or one that have latest technologies but less projects to compete

Please somebody or give me advice!
