How do I create thumbnail image gallery grid with drag and drop feature using bootstrap and js/jQuery

One of my client is asking to have a container where he can sort images in order using drag and drop feature. For example If he uploaded 5 images and now wants the 4th image to be 2nd in order. He shall be able to do so using the drag and drop feature.
