Javascript animated Cursor actions

well...hard to explain but lets give it a try...I am looking for a JS that animates "lines" at the background when someone moves the cursor or a javascript that is animating colors like the cardana page (if anything like this is public). The cardano page: https://iohk.io/ And at https://iohk.io/projects/cardano/ is an example with the previous mentioned "lines"
