Is not already any web application using html as media following REST architecture principles?

Today a lot of web sites are used not for managing static documents but for serving functionalities to the users in any application domain. I mean, we have even enterprise resource planning software served as a web site.

Browser and web server agreed beforehand about HTTP as the protocol used and the web browser discovers the resource media type for its representation is HTML, having a client-server architecture with all the REST principles constraints, including the HATEOAS principle needed for the Uniform Interface constraint.

Is not already any application served as a web site following the REST architecture constraints?.
