How to import social Media Plugin on html to improve SEO

I am working on a project which I need it to be with high standard for SEO Chekers. I put these codes on my footer to show my social media pages

but still some online SEO analyzer mention a problem in my web site for lack of social plugin within the page. how could I correct this problem?! Appreciate any help or idea .
