How do I configure XAMPP, Windows 10 and browsers so I can use different folders for different website projects on my pc? [duplicate]

Would someone please give me the simple steps and code I need to be able to setup multiple folders so I can work on multiple website projects at the same time?

I use windows10, XAMPP, Notepad++ and test in all the popular browsers. I want to be able to load the projects from my c:\ drive into the browsers, not from the web. Thanks
