Record audio while doing speech recognition in mobile chrome browser

Created new web application which should work in both desktop and mobile broswer. implementation is recording USER voice while showing speech to text of user speech in real time. in order to achieve using two different apis for MediaStreamRecorder and webkitSpeechRecognition respectively.

Issues is recording only working in Andriod chrome browser but SpeechRecognition is not working. search in stack over flow : Android record audio while doing speech recognition - mentioned its not possible in Android app. Question is Android chrome browser will support two different apis Mic input at a time?

Kindly let me know is there any alternative ways to achieve my requirement?
