How to link a local IP Address on Website and make it accessible to users externally microsoft server 2003?

There is a Microsoft server (2003). I am able to connect it remotely . I have deployed an application on IIS server . it accessible locally ,Now I want to make it accessible globally throw browser. how to do it.
