Which Storage / Cloud platform should I choose for uploading files and downloading like zip files

Which Storage / Cloud platform should I choose for the following purposes: 1. One user loads photos from the phone (Android / iOS SDK or library) into one unique folder and writes the address (Url / Link) of the created folder to the database. 2. Another user reads the database and gets the Url / Link of the folder that can be downloaded as a .zip file from the browser.

I use Firebase Realitime Database as a database and thought to continue with Firebase Cloud Storage. The problem is that I can create download link only for a specific file but not for bucket / folder. If amount of photos will be big it is not advisable to download images one by one.
