Web service with certificate and private key

I want to connect to third party web service with client certificate. I alared got two .pem files, one with certificate and one with private key.

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- 

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I want to know how I can attache both these files to HttpWebRequest.
