Web service running on windows 10 tomcat stops serving HTTP requests after a while

I have a web service running on tomcat in a windows 10 machine, everything works fine but after a short while usually between 10-20mins it just stops responding to the HTTP requests, I can access it through a browser and see the default pages of my web service, the console looks the same, no erros, nothing. Except the http requests just stop coming through, this seems to only happen on the windows 10 machine, I have had the exact same web service with same configuration files running on a windows 8 for days and it's completely fine, could this be some windows 10 service that shuts down processes after a while or something like that? Any help would be very appreciated.
