How can I share mouse all event on web page to other use on same page. like cooperate with

I try to use angular 4 to build system like google docs/iclould pages which allow cooperation.

To catch this request I need way to share mouse event like click, up,down and move between different use on same page.

How can I do that ? which technology can fixed this?

I think I need some idea like use websocket share mouse event to other page. Is that work ? and I didn't found there is api for catch mouse move in js.
