Hardware specs for Freeradius and Mysql

I would like your suggestions for a new pc.

I'm testing to run hotspot in mikrotik router and I wanted to make 1click login & registration. User will submit a username and password and its done.

So at the moment I'm using a test PC that I have installed apache, php, freeradius and mysql to serve my login page and store logins of the hotspot.

PC will only serve the login page once and store the credentials. After that user is reconnected with mac cookie from mikrotik.

I have around 1500 users using internet but they are served from mikrotik and I caclualte that max simulations requests for login or registration will be around 150-200.

I was thinking an i3 new generation, 8GB RAM, SSD HDD, Gbit network intel and a good mainboard for production PC. OS will be linux or Windows. Haven't decide yet. Doing lab tests with windows 7 pro at the moment and everything works smoothly..!!

Do you think I will be OK or I need better PC ?
