I have developed good CMS for my site where people can easily upload, download, watch video/play music files online, comment and share it. All is for free. So one thing that last is where I can set it up? It's temporary hosted with thehost.ua (tyt.pp.ua), and I don't have much money (- main problem) so plan only allow 10gb max and 200mb for one file upload.
