Web CSS backgroud with multiple GIFS

I have many gifs that I want to put together as a backgroud, I want it to appear random, not so organized, as the backgroud space is larger than the size of the gifs alltogether, is there a way to do it ? I'm using HTML, CSS and PHP on that webpage.
