Need help to choose course work topic [on hold]

everybody

I`m learning web programming in university and have to choose theme for course work, but now I cant decide what to choose.

• something like Udacity or khanacademy (web tutors with some tasks...)
• webchat with bots
• site similar to kickstarter or codecanyon

Help me please to choose one of them which will be the best to gain experience and use as a portfolio while looking for a job. Or you can advice me some of themes. I'll really appreciate any kinda help.
