web: microservice , what is the different between request from page and browse link

    th:action="@{/accounts/dosearch}" class="form-horizontal">

this a page with form field, accounts is a registered service. In the webpage, it's fine with correct response. network connection info

but when i open a chrome link:

http://localhost:3333/accounts/dosearch?accountNumber=sss&searchText=

it give a feedback: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILED

any boby have some familiar experiences?
