List of all known web architecture?

I am doing research for a project of re-creating an existing website with a modern look and feel. It's my first time working with something like this so I'm looking into ideal design patterns for modern web applications.

I've come across stuff like SPA and MVC but there doesn't appear to be a list anywhere of all known and well received Web Application Architecture.

I think Stack Overflow should have that.
