IE11 and IE 9 referer different, when I call the parent page in the sub-page method to open a window

In IE 11, when I call the parent page in the sub-page method to open a window, the request of the referer is the parent page of the URL,code like this: window.parent.Layer.openWin(xxx); but in IE9 referer is the sub-page URL。
