how to use the back buttom on android devices?

So I have a website and on the mobile version, I want to refer the back bottom so when clicked it won't close the browser. Any suggestions how I do that?

A good example of it would be Youtube. When you click on the search bar your keyboard appear 1 click on the back buttom will close the keyboard and a second on will remove the suggestions but will not exit the website.
