How can I make a site that is able to edit and view android xml files(also dimens, color, styles) of my app

I need a site where my client can edit the xml layout as he/she wants. The client will just hit publish and the app's layout update will be automatic.

(A site that will act as the back end of a sys admin, he or she can edit the user interface)
