Download / open banner for mobile web Android

I want to add to my mobile web site a banner for download from google play the application if it isn't installed or open the application if it is installed. I tried to use Web App Install Banners [1] from Google and it's works for download the application, but for the open application it doesn't work.

What is the best option to implement this functionality? It's any library that can I use to do this, something like Smart App Banners from Apple?
