Browser-sync not working (browser not opening)

I am trying to start a server from browser-sync (no gulp or grunt just browser-sync installed). My google chrome does not open but I have to manually go to localhost:3000. Everything is working fine there.

I have used browser sync from C: and D: drive but I get still the same error. I have also tried other ways like adding C:\Windows\System32.. path variable and all other ways mentioned in other questions. Still, I am not able to solve the problem. I have also tried to change bs-config.js file of browser-sync but still getting the same error. Please help.
