How to use generated web service operations at main class

I'm using Eclipse Kepler to use web service for Java. I'm successfully connected to web service with Apache Tomcat 7 with Axis2. But I need help about to usage at main class. Like how can I query with using asmxx (WSDL)? A picture is below of generated usable operations;
