How to Create HLS for my video website?

I have a video lecture website and i want HTTP Live Streaming for my videos. So can you please tell me how can i create .m3u8 playlist file. I have tried alot but can't able to find any solution to create .m3u8 playlist file which can be dynamically use with my all lecture videos.
